Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan allows you to share in the financial benefits through your retirement plan as we grow and prosper. A rise in the value of Telecare shares increases the value of your ESOP account and is a benefit that is provided at no cost to you. Employees now own 34% of Telecare’s stock, which has done better than the stock market, increasing in value over 1,600% since 1997.

Telecare contributes 3% to a 401K account automatically for all eligible employees after one year of service. Any employee not eligible for the Safe Harbor plan receives a generous 401K match in a traditional 401K plan.
